The hotel's breakfast was a good experience with attentive staff, who customized options to my preference, making it a nice start to each day.
The internet connection in the room was unreliable, which posed challenges while I was trying to work .

A sea view balcony and a mini bar available in the superior queen room. A good choice of food at the varied and enjoyable breakfast. Very good service, private parking available on site. Flexible and decent people working here...
Very unfriendly staff!

The room did come with a very impressive view and a balcony for 102 Euros a night. If one's business or appointments were all located in the area of Taksim Square, it would be a convenient and thrifty option.
The room was a bit bug-ridden, the ac didn't work, and the beds were only equipped with flat mattresses and a heavy duvet (especially uncomfortable due to the ac problem). The hotel is located far from the majority of the city's tourist attractions (expensive cab ride), and is on a small cul-de-sac which is difficult to find. Breakfast was rudimentary, at best. The hotel bar on the top floor was priced absurdly and played loud music that was audible in all of the 5th floor rooms until late at night.

The location.
Outdated interiors. Sloppy services: the cleaning lady simply took the bed cover and threw it over the wardrobe. Also the breakfast was not that great.

kind staff, impressive and absolutely perfect room with "park view" which is a lie, simple design, for example.

The location is close to Taksim square, yet it's tucked away in a
Quiet area, perfect for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The rooms are clean and styled as seen in the photos. The breakfast was quite decent, but the bathroom in our room was a bit cramped. It was a pleasant experience.

Not value for money, expensive for the services offered.

The hotel was a very good value for money. It is located only 300-400 meters from the central square. It is clean (our rooms didn't have a Bosphorus view). It is quiet, the breakfast is fine. I would stay there again
Some of the staff didn't speak english (this is a problem everywhere in Turkey, though).

The free breakfast and wifi were nice, but these seem standard for similar level hotels in the area.
The hotel was old and generally depressing. our room was pretty dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink and the carpet needed a good vacuum, I think we had the original bedspread from the 1970s. It even had a cigarette burn. I would not stay here again and was glad to find something nicer at a lower price.

would be happy to recommend for resting at all
Amazing staff, clean facilities, especially the bathrooms, and a marvelous location close to Taksim, convenient for exploring the area. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus for staying connected.

Location of hotel very good for visiting city of istanbul. Friendly staff. Room very comfortable although we had asked for a bed without a board at the end of it as my husband very tall. We were offered a change of room the following day but my husband had put away his clothes and did not want to move again. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The breakfast was very good. Only complaint would be that we would have liked more variety in fruit offered.

This place perfectly suits me, providing 24-hour security, free Wi-Fi, and helpful luggage storage. On my first stay, staff were great with my elderly parents. I always recommend the breakfast! I'm returning for a romantic escape.
